Hours - 37.5 hours (part time options available)

About the role

Dimensions is looking for caring Support Workers at Worcester to support 4 people of varied age range between 20 and 60. They enjoy a variety of activities such as in-house sensory sessions, cooking, daily walks, baking, arts & crafts and music. We have a fun and lively atmosphere with online games, bingo and special day (Halloween, Christmas and New Year celebrations) activities that staff participate in and enjoy. We provide you with ongoing support and leadership to help you achieve your goals. 

If you are a mum returning to work or a student trying to fit in work with your studies, we welcome your application. We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle. We have mornings only, evenings only, waking nights only or weekend only shifts available. 

About you

Successful candidates will work well with the people we support with a person centered approach. No previous experience necessary.
