Support Workers / Care Assistants

Kidlington, £9.60 per hour + enhanced over time pay
Full time and Part time hours available. 
Full training and qualifications provided.

At Dimensions, we are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join the team in Kidlington, where you will be supporting with enhancing the quality of life of three gentlemen who live there by empowering their independence. Dimensions Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health or Social Care as full paid training is given.

Both full and part time roles are currently available

As a Support Worker no two days are the same as we encourage the people we support, to live the most independent life they can and help them make informed choices.

Activities Support Workers at Banbury may be involved with include:

  • Visits to pubs and other social activities
  • Watching films, football visiting cafes and meeting people
  • Helping with shopping for clothes
  • Supporting people we support to maintain personal and intimate care such as dressing themselves, showering/bathing, using the toilet
  • Helping people we support to manage their own money
  • Supporting people we support with medication and feeding
  • Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks.
