Join Dimensions as a Support Worker enabling two gentleman and lady, with Learning Disabilities, who live at our Supported Living Service to enjoy  an independent life.

Dimensions Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health Care Assistant or Social Care roles as full training is given.

What does the role involve?

  • Going on walks and to the local park
  • Going swimming and days out to the coast
  • visting the pub for a pint
  • Enabling independance by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include, but not be limited to finances, shopping, cooking and personal care
  • Working as a part of a four week rolling rota - Includes a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening and sleep-Ins. (Including weekends)

There is an expectation to complete training on-line using the ‘Learning Connect’ system. There is also an expectation that you will be confident in using a tablet/laptop as all of our compliance and daily records are on-line.

The candidate must be a driver as the people we support have their own vehicle and you will be expected to drive this as part of your role.
