Support Workers/ Care Assistants - DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE in Southampton - SO16 

No Experience Necessary - Must have right to work in UK to be considered for this role.

We are looking for caring Support Workers within Southampton to work across two bungalows supporting 5 gentleman and 1 lady.   3 people are wheelchairs users and require support with mobility and hoisting.  They enjoy going to the pub, going swimming, bowling and trips to the cinema. You will support them going to shop for things they wish to buy including their clothes and food, and to prepare their meals as required. You will support people with their personal and intimate care which includes supporting to use the toilet, dress themselves, eat and drink etc. You will have to keep some written records, using IT systems as required to help you, including support plans, financial info and health and safety records.

Whether you have a background of working for the NHS or Mental Health this could be the job for you.

Earn up to salary of £23,762.82 per annum (based on full time, 7.5 hours overtime and a sleep in per week).

Shift patterns will vary weekly and work around the people we support including 7am -3pm/2pm - 10pm/sleep-ins and alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview).
