£10.45 per hour

Stowmarket, Suffolk

Full time and part-time contracts available

Full UK driving licence essential. 

This is a challenging and demanding role that requires you to draw on your compassion, resilience and a non-judgemental attitude. You will need a sound understanding of risk management and the ability to maintain appropriate structures and boundaries. 

Who will I be supporting? 

• One lady in her mid-20’s in supported living
• She has a diagnosis of global development delay, learning disability, autism and behaviours of distress
• She enjoys gardening, horse riding, sailing, going for a long walks, going to a coffee shop and having a muffin and a coffee, swimming and making the use of her cineworld pass watching animated movies.

What will I be doing? 

• You will be supporting her to live her live how she chooses, to be herself, and to achieve her goals 
• You will be supporting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and laundry
• Due to her mobility, support is needed with coordination and balance
