We are recruiting across two services -

One service involves you working in a large team, where we support seven people with various disabilities and high health needs. We support five ladies and two gentlemen to live the life they choose. They enjoy going out and about for walks. love listening to music, watching TV, teddies and chocolate - who doesn't! There is a mixture of communication levels within the house and a lot of manual handling is involved - wheelchair users and hoisting. They also need full support with household tasks and personal care.

The second service involves working with two gentleman in their own home and they have physical disabilities and require mobility support. You will help them to shop for things they wish to buy including their clothes and food, preparing their meals as required, whilst helping, encouraging, supporting and teaching the people we support to do their housework, including cleaning and laundry. They are both sociable gents who like various activities including watching wrestling, going to football and gigs, going out for meals and getting out in mobility vehicle. You will also support with personal care.
