We are recruiting Support Workers to be part of a brand new team supporting a woman in her mid 20's with a diagnosis of global development delay, learning disability, autism and behaviours of distress. She enjoys spending her time gardening, horse riding, sailing, going for a long walks, going to a coffee shop and having a muffin and a coffee, swimming and making the use of her cineworld pass watching animated movies.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will work throughout the night, ensuring you provide appropriate support when required, in line with the risk assessments and support plan.
You will check in at regular intervals to ensure she is comfortable, provide personal care and provide physical and emotional reassurance when awake.

This role will involve performing other duties such as cleaning, laundry and keeping up to date records using IT systems - Personal care plan, incident logs, MARS sheets and health and safety records.

If you are an active, resilient, well-motivated person who enjoys a new challenge then this could be the career for you. We are looking for individuals who share the same interests, have a fun outlook on life and can think outside the box.

Full training is provided and no previous experience is required. If successful, you will receive a full induction to Dimensions and will be supported with the completion of the Care Certificate to enable you to fulfil the role and enhance your personal development.
