About the role

We are looking for caring and inspiring people to join our team of Support Workers in Bridgend. Dimensions supports 4 gentlemen in their own home. This role involves supporting the individuals with daily household tasks, personal care and supporting/attending activities.

They enjoy a variety of activities such as

  • going swimming,
  • going to the gym,
  • going on holidays,
  • walking,
  • visiting farms,
  • attending discos,
  • art and crafts
  • anything Harry Potter or Dr Who themed 

Shift patterns will vary around the people we support. The main shift patterns are 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 9/10pm, alternative weekends and at least one sleep in per week.
