Here at Dimensions, we are looking for a Lead Support Worker to join us in Finchampstead.  Working at our supported living service you will enhance the quality of life of individuals who live there by empowering their independence and you will need to have experience working as a support worker in residential/care home or supporting living setting and be ready to lead a team. 

If you are good at problem solving whilst having fun then this might be the perfect role to help you take your next steps within leadership in this sector. Opportunities are available to develop and grow into the role and full training is provided to ensure you are doing the job to the best of your abilities. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about championing the rights of the people we support, and helping to educate others along the way.
