Who will I be supporting? 

• Two fabulous ladies and a gentleman in their 30s and 40s who live in their own flats in the same building
• We also support one lovely lady in her 40s in the community
• The people we support have learning disabilities and autism, and they need some gentle and encouraging support to reach their mental health goals
• They like to keep busy and enjoy walking, listening to a variety of genres of music, going shopping, going to the cinema and eating out - they love a support team who share similar interests!  

What will I be doing? 

• You will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves, and to achieve their goals 
• You will be supporting with personal care (prompting for the ladies, full support for the gentleman), meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and laundry

What shifts are available? 

• 8am one day to 8am the following day – sleepover shift included
• Day shifts start from 8/9/10am and finish between 5-9pm
• Flexibility to work a combination of shifts on weekdays and weekends on a rota basis is required
• Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance
