At Dimensions, you’ll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people for a leading support provider. Our colleagues tell us that it’s the chance to make a positive difference in people’s lives. We believe that’s why Dimensions colleagues are more than twice as likely to choose to stay here, compared to staff in other social care organisations.*

We take the health and wellbeing of all our colleagues seriously, and we understand that flexible working plays a part in looking after our colleagues. At Dimensions not only do we offer flexible roles, but we also have opportunities for home based roles for our business support colleagues.
Dimensions are proud to be one of the very few social care organisations that are members of the ‘Great Places to Work’ programme.
We are proud to have achieved Investors in Diversity awards, received Action on Hearing Loss and Louder than Words accreditation, and been recognised as Disability Confident Leaders.
In the recent ‘Great Place to Work’ survey, the questions relating to diversity were the highest scoring, a fact which demonstrates that colleagues feel able to be themselves and that they are valued.
It is our aim to ensure that the diversity of our workforce is reflective of the communities we serve at all levels. To this end, we adopt positive action principles in senior positions, ensuring anyone who is from a Black, Asian, or Minority ethnic background who meets the essential criteria will be invited to interview. In addition, for all roles, in line with the Disability Confident Leader accreditation, anyone who shared they have a disability, and meets the essential criteria will be invited to interview.
As one of the country’s largest not-for-profits supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, we are driven by our values. People with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything we do, and we want every person we support to have a great life, with excellent outcomes.
We are always working to improve our own standards and across the sector. Dimensions were one of the pioneers of personalised support, showing how it works in practice, and enabling thousands of people to have greater choice and control.
Our support ranges from a few hours of outreach each week, to intensive support for people whose behaviour can be challenging, for those with complex health needs and those with profound and multiple learning disabilities. We involve the people we support and their families in all aspects of their support.
Everything we do is personalised to the individual, and our staff are ambitious for each and every person we support. We believe passionately that most people do best in supported living environments.
We operate CQC registered care homes across the country, including some respite/short breaks services.
