£9.60-10.56 per hour

Part-time & full time contracts available ranging from (30-37.5 hours per week)

Full UK driving license is ideal but not essential

We’re currently looking for friendly, fun, and empathetic Support Workers to join our fabulous support team in the WA4 area of Warrington, where you will be supporting a number of amazing individuals with mild learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, epilepsy, down syndrome, and physical health conditions.

Your role will be to support people to live the life they choose and promote independence. 

The people we support require some support with general day-to-day life including shopping, medication support, household tasks, meal preperation, and keeping in contact with friends and family. The people we support love to socialize together in our communal area where we hold regular parties, discos and activities. The people we support also enjoy days out together, going football matches, rugby matches, drama groups, thearte shows, hosting fundraising events, the cinema, and having a good brew and catch up with their peers and team!

Shift times are typically 11am-10:30pm, sleepover, then 7:30am-11am the following morning. Shift times may vary slightly from time to time depending on the changing needs of the people you’re supporting. We’re looking for people who can be flexible to work during the week, the occasional bank holiday and weekends.
