We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team to support an energetic male in his 20's with a moderate learning disability whom has moved into his own home. He has a fun sense of humour, enjoys being outdoors and active and his interests include going to the cinema, tennis, walking, cycling, going bowling and eating McDonalds. He will need support with all daily living tasks and to overcome any challenges he may encounter in his home.
