Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference - we are looking for Female Support Workers to join our team of Support Workers in Sheffield, S4 and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.

Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism

You will be supporting 3 ladies in their 50s who love going out for meals, to the cinema, listening to music, going swimming and watching their favourite TV programs. Two are wheelchair users and due to some health needs will require support at all times.

Your role

• Provide support with full personal care
• Medication Administration
• Household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning and laundry
• To support people to engage in the activities they enjoy
• Supporting them in the community and attending day centres

We are looking for ambitious individuals of a caring nature to work for an award winning company where we promote independence in a supportive environment.

Shift Patterns:
Shift patterns are between the hours of 7am-9pm or can be broken down into shifts 7am-2.30pm or 2.30pm to 9pm. Working Nights 9pm-7am.
