About the role:

We're looking for Support Workers who are passionate about supporting adults to increase their independent living skills whilst facilitating positive community participation.

In Redditch we are currently recruiting for 2 houses. One of them is a supported living block of flats, a short walk from town. We support a mix of ladies and gentlemen in a varied age range. In another house, we support 3 gentlemen with their cooking, medication, managing finances,  cleaning tasks, keeping in touch with family and support to attend day services/college.

We also have group activities in the communal hub area, parties at special times of the year, meals out, cinema, day trips to the zoo, theme parks and supported holidays.
