Job Ttle: Support Worker - Female 
Location: North Hykeham 
Hours: Part time, 18 hours 
Requirements: Have a full UK drivers licence 

Join Dimensions as a Support Worker enabling the four ladies, with Learning Disabilities, who live at our Supported Living Service to enjoy an independent life. Dimensions Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health Care Assistant or Social Care roles as full training is given.

What will the role involve?

• Supporting four females aged between 52 and 82
• Supporting with arts and crafts and baking
• trip to cafes, garden centres and threatres
• Aspect of moving and handling such as using a stand aid hoist and pushing wheelchairs (All training provided)
• Enabling independants by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include, but not limited to - finances, shopping, cooking and personal care)

Shift patterns:
The hours available are :
Staff 1, Week 1 – Mon 10-2.30, Sat 4-10.30 sleep-in, Sun 7-10.30am
Staff 1, Week 2 – Tues 8-4, Fri 3-10.30 sleep-in, Sat 7-10am, Sun 2-8
Staff 1, Week 3 – Thur 3-8
Staff 1, Week 4 – Mon 3-8.30, Tues 3-10.30 sleep-in, Wed 7-10am

Staff 2, Week 1 – Mon 2.30-10.30 sleep -in, Tuesday 7-10am
Staff 2, Week 2 – Mon 10-2, Sun 8am -10.30 sleep-in
Staff 2, Week 3 – Fri 3-10.30 sleep-in, Sat 7-10am, Sun 8-8.30pm
Staff 2, Week 4 – Tues 8-4
