Location: Headington
Salary: £20,648.63 per annum 
Full time – 37.5 hours per week

At Dimensions, we are looking our next Lead Support Worker in Headington experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities where you can lead by example. You will be supporting the management to update paperwork and systems to ensure we are maintaining compliance and safety in the service. You will act as a positive role model and support with inducting new staff. The successful candidate will be caring and compassionate, organised and have good IT skills.

Activities you might be involved with include:

• Supporting the Assistant Manager and Locality Manager with management duties
• Maintain high quality support, acting as a role practitioner, coaching and mentoring Support Workers
• Participate in relevant reviews at individual, team and service level
• Contribute and coordinate the wider team approach in meeting the needs of the people we support
• Support people with personal and intimate care as required, helping them with shopping and preparing meals.
