We are looking for a Lead Support Worker to join a single person service in Bracknell, supporting a gentleman with complex needs. You will be supporting the management to update paperwork and systems to ensure we are maintaining compliance and safety in the service. You will act as a positive role model and support with inducting new staff. The successful candidate will be caring and compassionate, organised and have good IT skills.
