Floating Support Worker overview:
As part of our Floating Support Team, you will work with a variety of different people and assist with many different aspects of their day-to-day lives.
You will report directly to the Resource Allocation Manager and provide support to adults with complex care needs. Promoting independence and upholding dignity and respect is key to ensuring the people we support live rich and fulfilled lives. All training is provided to ensure you have the best skillset for the job.
We have various shift patterns which include working some weekends, sleep-ins as required, and some bank holidays. This will be discussed with you during the interview process and you will be given scope of the different services and locations you will be required to work in.
The ability to drive would be beneficial but not essential. We offer a Learn To Drive scheme to help our staff obtain their driving license.
