Start your day knowing you will make a difference - we are looking for a female Support Worker to join our team of Support Workers in Bracknell and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.

We are looking for Support Workers for our supported living services in Bracknell. You will be joining our lively team supporting people to live happy, fulfilled lives. The people we support love to engage in community activities, shopping, cinema and social groups. Everyone we support has a package of support that works for them and includes supporting in their home and with going out. Supporting at home includes support with preparing meals and getting ready for the day, as well as keeping the environment clean and safe. The role may involve some personal care.
