Joining us as a Relief Support Worker will allow you to do just that!

• Full training and support are provided
• Whilst you are under no obligation to accept shifts if you are not available, we are looking for people who are committed to supporting our permanent teams as best they can
• The pay rate is between £9.50 - £10.24 per hour and depends on the person you are supporting for that shift. You will also accrue an annual leave entitlement of 12.04% for each hour you work, which is paid out to you monthly
• Shifts will vary depending on the person you are supporting but can include short days, long days, sleepovers, waking nights and weekend work   

Relief Support Workers are crucial members of the team that ensure consistent care across all services during busy periods and when permanent staff are unwell or are on leave. You really will make the world of difference – seeing a friendly and familiar face is so important to the people we support when permanent team members aren’t available.

The people you will be supporting have learning disabilities, autism and some people have additional complex physical or emotional needs. Your role will be to support them to live their lives how they choose, as independently as possible.
