If you share our values this is a superb opportunity to join us as an Assistant Locality Manager, providing day-to-day support to your Locality Manager, gaining expertise and experience both within the office and service in Garboldisham, Suffolk/Norfolk.
This is your opportunity to build your skills and expertise by supporting the Locality Manager to guide, motivate and encourage your team to provide a quality service in line with our values, policies and practices. You will be working with relatives and outside agencies - including health professionals, social workers and advocates - to meet the needs of the people we support as well as establishing and monitoring service budgets. You may support the Locality Manager with managing person-centred rota's and the recruitment of new team members whilst leading by example and being a positive role model for your team.
This role is ideal for people who want to grow professionally and take on more responsibility whilst still being able to provide the direct support that’s so incredibly rewarding - it's the best of both worlds!
This is a full-time position where you will be working 37.5 hours per week, with 7.5 hours off-rota. You will be required to work flexibly on the rota, with shifts usually starting at 8am until 8pm.
